How do I make sure there's no spiders in my oven?!

I haven't used my oven in months (MH etc etc) and there's a few spiders around the outside of the oven. How do I make sure there isn't any living in the innards of the oven? I don't want to eat spiders.

Put it on for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
