30 Day Squat Challenge - what results had you had?

I have just completed day 2 with 55 squats and although I can't get down too low due to bad knees I am hoping that may improve as i get fitter.

Really interested if anyone saw an improvement in legs and/or bum after doing this?

I didn't get that far. I did my knee tendons in and was told off by my Doctor.

Oh dear, I am sorry to hear that Birds and it is not the result I was hoping to hear.

I am hoping someone will come along and say that it is worth doing with great results but I will keep on with it with high hopes.

I do have dodgy knees so am probably only doing a mini squat but it must all help.
