Antihistamines and breastfeeding is cetirizine ok ?

I can’t seem to find anything definitive. I have piriton and cetirizine here but assuming the non drowsy one is better to take?
Ds is 13 months and fed approximately 6 times in day and 4 times in night so quite a lot still. I desperately need to take something as my hay fever is dreadful

My DD was prescribed cetirizine whilst Breastfeeding, so it is considered safe.
