Really worried about my DD

She’s 4 and often complains of tummy ache, poos are sometimes relatively normal but often watery or mucousy, she’s gassy, she has stained her pants accidentally before now.

I took her to the doctor who did a urine test - normal, felt her tummy - normal and said she was probably stressed?!

She hasn’t made much improvement and over the past few days she seems to be having difficulty with certain foods.
First it was dry cereal and we just thought she hadn’t chewed properly, then tofu (soft, easily chewable) and we just thought maybe she took too big a mouthful but she had an apple today and spat most of it out saying she just couldn’t swallow it.

She is adamant she doesn’t have a sore throat.

She often has a runny nose, coughs and a persistent yeast infection in her ‘area’ and I am just absolutely worried sick!

Obviously I will be taking her to the doctors.

There’s no point to my post really I suppose, I am just absolutely worried sick.

Coeliac? Ask for a coeliac screen blood test

I have wondered about this, and dairy.

Her diet is quite carb and dairy heavy although she does like fruit and a few vegetables also.

It’s the swallowing that has really panicked me I think.
