So I've been looking for somewhere to stay for a few weeks in Japan, where my DS is working. Ended up on a "shared house" website as I have stayed in this type of accommodation before in Japan and it's pretty good.
All the houses seem to have different themes and they have a wine and cats house! It says:
"Wine & Cats: The Feeling of a Bar at Home♪
Enjoy Wine while Living with Cats in this Luxury Share House"
Apparently free wine is delivered each week and there are resident cats!!! I want to move in there and never leave 
And a bargain at £340 pm (and this is in quite a big city).
I've said on here before on threads about housing, that Japan has so many affordable options for single people. Something I think we are very lacking here. Ok, maybe a wine and cats house is a bit ambitious! But I do think the UK could learn from their shared house system.
