Anti-histamines for pollen

Anyone else had to take these the past few days? My eyes have been itchy, swollen and watery the past few mornings when taking ddog out for his morning walk.

Normally don’t have to take them until April.

Yes I've been taking them for over a week now, however I usually start taking them in early March anyway.

I'm not suffering yet but it's grass pollen which gets me, not tree pollen. My worst month is usually May/June.

DS suffers from hay fever and he's been taking piriton for the past week.

I suffer too but haven't had to take anything yet, I've only had the odd sneeze and fizzy nose.
