Hi, I was just wondering if anyone would be able fill out this very quick survey about Shared Parental Leave! From Parents, expecting parents as well as partners!

Did you know about SPL?

How did you find out about it? (Word of mouth/campaigns/HR at work)
What were you opinions on it? (before using it)
Did you have any doubts before/during/after choosing to go through with this scheme?
Did you and your partner feel like it was beneficial did u have any issues with it? (if so what were they)
Were you or your partner effected in anyway way when it came to returning back to work?
Was there any financial issues during or after the scheme? (struggling financially, etc)
What did you learn or get to experience that you wouldn't have if you didn't take on SPL?
And last but not least would you choose to use the Shared Parental Leave plan again? or recommend to others?
