Why are beach challets so expensive?

£190'000 for a tiny little wooden shed ramed in with a few inches gap to the next one. Then over 1500 a year to pay for the toilet and shower blocks. No mains water or gas but cost more than a studio flat. I know they are right on the beach but who buys these?

Supply and demand innit.

I guess so, 95% must have been bought for peanuts or passed down.
