Flat coca cola. That should remove last remnants of bacteria and then gradually begin to eat little and often.

Plain toast for example .

I hope you feel better Thanks

Full calorie coca cola (shake it until it looses most of its bubbles).

My husband swears by it!
It needs to be flat coca cola and full calorie.
Coca cola was designed as a hang over cure in the US apparently Wink

Another vote for flat coke. It's miraculous. Also a nibble on some crackers or a banana.

And as soon as possible, get some probiotics to replenish your good gut bacteria, or you'll feel crap for ages.

So this is my lunch .... will wait for the bubbles to stop

Definitely probiotics. Watch what you're eating for a few days and keep it plain but nutritious. Rice/bananas/chicken/toast/whatever you fancy really! Get yourself some rehydration sachets if you're dehydrated and drink lots.

Other than that rest and try some immune support vitamins perhaps. I would steer clear of too much dairy, and stick to paracetamol for the headache, no ibuprofen as it irritates the stomach lining.

Hope you feel back to normal soon OP, it knocks you for six doesn't it! Flowers
