What's your weakness?

I'm a fairly well balanced person..money conscious, 4 kids, ticking by etc...
But my weakness is cars. Not fancy new ones (never had a new one) but I get bored with mine and like to change them regularly. I've had ridculous cars.. usually tiny, sporty and utterly impractical and old . I've finally got a relatively young one, (still impractical as it's a Smart for two) but now I've seen an old tiny sports car I fancy and I just know I'm going to trade my reliable car for something old and unreliable because I want it!
Some people need handbags, or shoes , or holidays. I just seem to need shiny metal that craps out on me regularly!

Make me feel better... what is your weak spot!?

Food. I would love to lose a stone or two but I really enjoy cooking and eating!

Arowana · 24/02/2019 12:17

Also books.

formerbabe · 24/02/2019 12:18

StillMedusa · 24/02/2019 13:11

Oh yes books too. I have a lot and one day I shall devote a room purely to bookshelves top to bottom (I'm getting close)

Damn it I seem to have expensive habits :/

Buying alcohol, even though I don't drink that often, I probably have around 180 bottles of various wines and liqueurs, etc, Blush buying books, and buying cake decorating and baking stuff.

OhTheRoses · 24/02/2019 13:19

Perfume/pictures

Food, particularly sweet food.

For spending, it's retro 'bits', canisters and storage particularly. In fact, any kind of box/canister/pot/basket. I also find it very hard to throw out old boxes, plastic crates with lids etc. Or the absolute golden find, a good sturdy wooden crate or box- they just seem so useful and it seems so wasteful to chuck them out.

DramaAlpaca · 24/02/2019 15:57

Books and earrings.

Tink1990 · 24/02/2019 16:05

Books! Cannot help myself. Soo many I still havnt read but still.buy more!

GetMeSomeSunshine · 24/02/2019 16:09

Food. I can't buy a cake because I'll eat it all. The only way I can keep to a healthy weight is by not having nice things in the house.

Even bread. I LOVE bread.

IncrediblySadToo · 24/02/2019 16:11

I’m the opposite, I get attached to my cars and get really upset when they have to go 😭

My weakness...buying wise... stationery. Not overly fancy stuff, more organisational stuff. I can happily spend many hours and £££ ...

BertieBotts · 24/02/2019 16:11

Chocolate, baby clothes - but I'm not too bad and only buy bargainous things.

Crunchymum · 24/02/2019 16:13

Rioja and Kettle Chips. I'm cheap and unsurprisingly fat

Hair products. Every new one is going to be the holy grail...

eurochick · 24/02/2019 16:30

Skincare products.

I know Nivea blue is probably as effective but I love pampering myself with nice products.

Bluesheep8 · 24/02/2019 16:37

Er, clothes, make up, perfume, wine.

gettingtherequickly · 24/02/2019 16:42
