I had a neighbour who used to do constant loud screaming for hours. I had enough one night and started knocking asking her to keep the noise down. She stopped being so loud after I knocked for the 2nd time .

I understand that this must be frustrating OP but fucking hell its well impressive!

If you aren't able to shut them up tonight, you might want to pop to the shop in the morning for a couple of bottles of Lucozade and some chocolate - they will have used A LOT of calories this evening and will be both mortified and completely grateful for your thoughtfulness.

Personally I think I would put on Ride of the Valkyries as loud as possible and start conducting them. Wont help with the noise but will make you feel awesome
