Later in the year is our 40th anniversary.
Would you choose to stay with our son, daughter and there families in a hotel for one night all expenses paid, but they would have to find someone to look after their dogs.
Also we would need a large taxi to transport us all there.
OR.
Go to a local fancy place which we could have a private room. Only need a taxi, no dog sitters needed. Again all expenses paid.
We have found somewhere which would cost the same amount.
As it's our celebration we want to pay.
