TV Series for 12 year old

My dd is 12 and started secondary school in September. She doesn't really want to watch cartoons anymore so we are on the look out for some TV series she can watch. She really likes the Thundermans and Sam and Cat. So on the look out for some others that are age appropriate. Any suggestions? We have Netflix, Amazon Prime and some Sky Channels.

DS liked Merlin when he was younger, and the various superhero TV shows have been a constant for a few years now: Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow.

How about giving the original Charmed a go? DS has watched all seven seasons of Buffy now and we started those when he was about 12, I think.

We're not big sitcom viewers though, which I think those two you mention are.
