It's newborns for me. The newer, the better.

@Cheekychops73 haha ! Yes I second that 😂

Whatever age my ds is at any given moment. So currently 2.5

DGS was born cute and just keeps getting cuter. DD stopped being cute at about 8, but then became interesting, in the sense of the Chinese curse.

Mine are in their early 30s and still cute.

SparkiePolastri · 24/02/2019 06:44

Mine are 8 and 10 and still beyond cute, with cheeks that I could kiss all day long.

But objectively, it's 6 months to a year for me.

Newborn is usually a bit too withered and not peachy enough.

About 3 I think. Great characters, interested in stuff but with peachy skin and wide eyes.

I think primary age children are amazing, fascinating and wonderful creatures (good job as I teach years 5/6) but I don’t find them cute. Possibly over-exposure?

DS is 13 and 6 feet tall, I still want to chubble his cheeks though! Teen hugs are not cute- too much bone, muscle and sinew there- but unbelievably precious.

18months to 2 years... starting to talk and you can find out what they think

Napssavelives · 24/02/2019 07:20

My 4 year old is pretty cute

OMGithurts · 24/02/2019 07:22

Oh the children in DD's gymnastics class yesterday, 4 and 5 year olds, with their soft cheeks and earnest faces all trying so hard and their little limbs not quite obeying - SO cute.

I have an adorable 14 month old who is learning to walk and talk. She is classically cute and I love seeing her discovering the world with the halo of her brothers.

My 7 year old is very cute - still into lots of imaginary games, he loves a gift shop (bewitched my those little jars of semi precious stones) and his world still revolves around me and his dad.

My nearly 11 year old is very hard work at the moment - he is angry and jealous of his siblings. when he is remorseful he seems so vulnerable - just figuring out his place in the world and I find him crazily sweet.

My 12 year old is turning into a fascinating, funny young man and I wouldn't swap him for the world. I find his transition from boy to man adorable and very tender - watching him working it all out.

Sorry for that essay on my kids but just to let you know that they can all be sweet/bittersweet stages in their own way.
