Anyone else not get their period on the pill?

Because I haven't had one in 5 years and for some reason today it's appeared! I'm really freaked out. I haven't forgotten any pills and even when I have in the past I haven't come on before.

Think I should be worried? Any words of wisdom?

Is it a proper period? I used to get spotting sometimes with it (I used cerazette)

It feels like it. Does spotting hurt? Dear God I'd forgotten how bloody painful it is! TMI but it's really really dark in colour.

I’ve recently had 2 weeks on period 2 weeks off on it after 4 years Hmm for about 2-3 months - not heavy and I was like wtf where and why!!

Doesn't sound good. Spotting doesn't tend to hurt. Has it always been the same brand of pill?

Yep, always the same, never had even a hint of a period while I've been on and then this bastard just appears totally out the blue. Not sure if it's worth a trip to the docs or not - I waste enough of her time as it is!
