My DS’s (10) grandpa moved away a few years ago and sadly we haven’t been in much contact, however recently he has started writing to him. As he is enjoying it I mentioned I had a pen pal as a child and he really liked the idea, although I have no idea how to go about finding one.
Initially I was thinking of asking my friends if any of their children would be interested but we mostly see them so he wouldn’t gain much from it.
I have looked online but there are a lot of websites, back when I didn’t it, it was all arranged through school. So I was wondering if anyone could offer advice around this? Have you tried and succeeded? Which sites are safe? Etc. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
