What could mirror talk mean?

I mentioned on another thread about an app that I had found, one of the options is Mira talk. It’s an app to help with speech difficulties, but I really don’t understand what this does.

When you open it, it just gives you the camera or something I don’t know what you’re supposed to do

There is also a thing on that app called word talk, which I didn’t understand before, but it gives you words and you can practice saying them. It’s an app for people with speech difficulties or trouble communicating, there’s also a picture talk section with pictures and you press the picture and it says the word and there’s a place where you can write what you want to say and it will read it aloud, and there’s something that will read text as well. I have communication difficulties so I love this app
