Can anyone recommend to me a kitchen bin that is fairly big (50-60L) and is easy to maintain/ keep clean?
No budget but must be easy for lazybones’ like me to clean Wink.

I've got a simple human bin... expensive but grey big bins with a separate bit for recycling

Are they both easy to clean? Can you get inside the nooks of the lid (hope that makes sense!)

After years of complicated bins, I bought this Habitat bin a few months ago and it's great. Low maintenance and holds loads. It comes in a range of colours.

I have a brabantia one and it’s still going strong after many years. I think that Joseph Joseph one looks fab but I just don’t think I could bring myself to pay that for a bin, but if it’s that good maybe I’d be tempted!

I'd have recommended the totem bin every day of the week until recently. It has one major design flaw....

The recycling bit at the bottom has no back, so when you remove the bin liner bit the whole thing tips over. There is very little you can do to prevent that and if you have a hard floor it chips the bin. Contacted JJ who took a week to reply and basically said 'yeah not our problem contact Amazon'.

The photo is what a 5 month old totem bin looks like. I wouldn't recommend one again. The idea is great, the execution not so much.

I've got this one. I had one with batteries in the lid, meant to open when your hands hovered over it, nonsense. This works well for me and is a good size. Good choice of colours too.
