No period, not pregnant

My period was due a couple of weeks ago, it didn't arrive. Still nothing.

I've done 3 tests, latest today, all negative.

I have a Mirena coil, it's due to be changed soon.. never not had a period with it.

I have had a flu type virus recently, but never not had a period when due.

Any ideas? I'm scared of ectopic pregnancy, but would still get positive test result with that wouldn't I?

How old are you? Peri meno a possibility? I'm 39 and they're jumping like mad but I have no experience of the coil.

I'm 39 too.. that's interesting then. Maybe it's that.. just so used to them arriving when my Fitbit says they will!

If you've been ill it can delay ovulation.

I'm also 39 (nearly) & not had a period since last year...
