Lovely area with lots of nice houses. Could be great. Would probably be worth £350K ish when finished. Just not sure it's worth £175 at the moment.

If you like this style of house, definitely come to Scotland there are loads of them up here but of course not at that price but they are not usually listed which I am surprised about as it is a fairly common style of house.

I live not far from Inverness, I would consider doing it up if I could afford it. I’d probably sell it though not sure I want to move into town.
