Should I take my scarf out?

It's quite warm at the mo, but we're off out to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park & I can't decide whether I'm likely to need it or not Hmm

So, shall I take it, or not?

(I will decide btw, just a bit bored waiting on the girls getting sorted!)

No don't. I've got way too many layers today

FlibbertyGiblets · 22/02/2019 10:33

Yes do take it. Show it the animals. Scarves love an outing! Hahaha.

Have fun.

Always take it if you have young kids. One disastrous trip baby DD ended up exiting the baby change wrapped in my scarf. Judiciously placed scarves can also hide a multitude of dinner and baby vom stains...

lucysmam · 22/02/2019 10:36

Grin @FlibbertyGiblets see, it probably would enjoy itself!

Ah that's a nice day out for your scarf 😁

SoupDragon · 22/02/2019 10:43

Absolutely take it. You can't just abandon your scarf because you have a better offer from some sun.

A scarf is for life.

lucysmam · 22/02/2019 11:13

We're out...scarf decided to stay at home Grin.

Feels a bit chilly sitting in the bus station though. Hope I'm not going to regret my decision!

You should be alright; except maybe by the polar bears - it's a bit exposed there. On the other hand, there's a lovely shop on the way in (after the official shop) which has nice scarves too... Wink

lucysmam · 22/02/2019 11:33

Ooh Blast I haven't looked in the shops there for a while...I could be persuaded Wink

Is anyone eles seeing a ad now with a cat in a scarf?

lucysmam · 22/02/2019 16:31

@Angie169 no :( I feel cheated now! I have something about bees at the top of my page & one for fostering above the text box.

A cat in a scarf would be much more acceptable!

Ha ha I no longer have it , I think it was for double glazing or something similar.

Did you scarf enjoy it's day out ?

lucysmam · 22/02/2019 19:43

Scarf (which is, in reality, more like a small-ish blanket) had a lovely, and peaceful, day at home with cardigan Grin

Highlights of the day were definitely the baby wallaby and realising we were maybe 6 feet away from one of the polar bears (but I have no idea which one!)

While you were out Scarfman was probably holding it, caressing it along his cheek and trying it on.

lucysmam · 22/02/2019 19:56

@AI203 I hadn't considered that Scarfman might borrow it. I think Scarfman + bright pink, tartan, scarf might terrify the OP of that thread!
