I've been out at risk of redundancy today. They said I could go home as I was upset. I said yes. I was then told that I could have leaving from work until Tuesday (now is Thursday) until I have my next consultation meeting that day. A letter also said my pay would be unaffected. My question is that, if I were to go into work, will this work in my favour (willingness to work) or should I take to paid leave?? Does the paid leave come off my holiday or potential redundancy pay? I really want to keep my job and show willing, but I don't want to work through stress if it doesnt make my position any better.
