Copper coil and late period

I've had the copper coil in for 7 months and during that time my period has arrived every 30/31 days. Today is day 39, and no sign. I did a frer this morning and it was negative. If my late period was due to pregnancy I'd be getting a positive by now, right? Right?? Freaking out...

From reading Taking Charge Of Your Fertility, I remember it saying it's always the same number of days from ovulation to your period, but that stress can delay ovulation. Have you have a particularly stressful month?

I'm 35, so don't think it should be menopause related. No more stressful than any other month I don't think 🤔
