Weird virus thing

Anyone else had it? Really bad headache (like your head is in a vice). Then d&v (at the same time). Then slept for 13 hours. Feel better today, but a bit spaced out.

Yes all my kids have had similar over the last week. I've had headache, nausea and extreme Tiredness but haven't actually had sickness.
