I’m a fat, ugly, horrible, worthless person. I’m NC with most of my family, I have no friends. I have chronic pain. I hate my job. Nothing is simple. I hate my life. If it wasn’t for my DH and DC I don’t think i could carry on.

Just absolutely fed up with things.

I'm sorry you are feeling so bad. Have you been to your GP? It would probably be useful to talk your feelings through with them.
Also sorry to hear about your chronic pain. That makes everything so much harder to deal with.
I think lots of people go through phases of feeling very low and hating their lives. You are not alone. Hang in there. Hoping you feel better soon xxx
