Ive just realised that the 28 days was up yesterday and I can't get to the post office today.
It was a large order so I contacted customer services who have said it's at their warehouses discretion whether they will accept it late or not 😩
Kids having the chicken pox has just made this sort of thing more tricky than usual.
Just wondered if anyone here has had experience of this and whether asos have refunded them.
