Has anyone returned late to asos?

Ive just realised that the 28 days was up yesterday and I can't get to the post office today.

It was a large order so I contacted customer services who have said it's at their warehouses discretion whether they will accept it late or not 😩

Kids having the chicken pox has just made this sort of thing more tricky than usual.

Just wondered if anyone here has had experience of this and whether asos have refunded them.

Pretty sure I have posted something back a day or two over, and it was accepted no problem.

I think if everything is well packaged and not crumpled up and thrown in, they're not going to think you've been wearing things or trying to return old stock.

Not to ASOS but have done a few times to others missguided/boohoo etc and never had any problems when it's only been a day or two out.
