Shopping for a new sofa currently have a corner sofa from next but looking for something else.
Can you get comfy on a three seater is there enough space to lie down?

We have a small and shallow 3 seater (Ektorp) and we find it super comfortable. Me or my husband can lie down on our own comfortably but we can’t lie down together because of how shallow it is. We don’t have children though so i don’t know if its be enough with kids.

I can lie down on my 3 seater, not quite flat but mostly (i’m 5ft 8). Dimensions of sofas vary massively. Some 2 seaters are the same size as other companies/styles of 3 seaters. Just check them first.

We have IKEA Ektorps. Enough room for me to lie down and the dog to sit at the end

I am currently laying on a 3 seater Ektorp at 8 months pregnant. A matching Ektorp footrest means me & DH can be comfy on it at the same time.

I have what was described as a large 2 seater and I can lay flat on it! It’s from M&S and I am 5’5”.

Yes but I am 5'2.

We have a 3 seat Friheten, and I can lie full length on it. I'm 6'1"

I can lie on mine, but as others have said, the dimensions vary considerably from one settee to the next.
