I need to find a family members grave. I know that it has a headstone and the cemetary she was buried her name and year she died. How do I go about finding the location?

Walk round and read the headstones. Not sure there’s any other way?

Ask the cemetery owner they should have a record. Ours are owned by the council.

The local council probably has a Cemeteries office - ring them before you visit and they can advise you. They may be able to give you a grave number to look up on a map once you are there or to tell you which part of the cemetery the grave is in.

There should be a record. Ring the local council and ask. If it's a huge cemetery there might be someone on site.
