So I don't know whether to be concerned or not. I went for a wee, when I wiped there was some pink blood, it wasn't like spotting or mucusy (like in the picture I got off Google tmi sorry). Ever since I've been getting abit of back ache & it looks like baby's dropped. I'm 37weeks.

I’d call your maternity unit for advice.

Definitely call and get some medical advice. It's always better to be safe than sorry when pregnant.

I too would get checked over BUT I had bleeding exactly like this whilst dilating. Early on before it got painful.

I had this too, right before active labour started. Call your midwife or the hospital.

I would definitely call your midwife just to be sure, but I had a similar thing, although I wasn't quite as far along, maybe 30 weeks? I got the shock of my life, I called the hospital but they said as I wasn't having any pain, baby was still moving and pregnancy had been fine so far that I should just monitor it for an hour with a sanitary towel in. It wasn't until later in the evening when I went for a wee and it stung a bit that I had a little look down there (with a mirror, and an awkward squat) and had a tiny little sore, that had bled a bit. I must have wiped myself too enthusiastically and caught myself with my nail or something. Maybe have a little check down there to see if it's external? If you can! (I haven't been able to see anything down there for weeks now!)

Is it pink and watery? Could be waters, mine were like that. Either way get urgent medical advice - not to worry you but don't take any chances at this stage! X

Probably early labour but yes just give them a call.

flowersaremyfave · 19/02/2019 20:18

I had this too right at the start of going into labour, scared the shit out of me. Mw said it was my bloody show. Call the hospital and let them know. Good luck

Crunchymum · 19/02/2019 21:22

Sorry, are you saying it's like the picture (or not like the picture?)

I'd call in and see what they say!!

CatFaceCats · 19/02/2019 22:09

I had this before my daughter was born - 12 hours later!
Call your midwife :) good luck!

Looks like a show to me, all four of mine started like that.
