Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself as it produces positive feelings and boosts your confidence and self-esteem.

I'm currently:

  • Boxing
  • Reading
  • Having Baths
  • Watching my favorite movies with candles on my own
  • Going to more events on my own
  • Writing things in a journal

Looking for more things to do daily, weekly, monthly to improve my self care, What does everyone else do?.

Lets share, encourage and support one another :).

Reading
Having baths

I try to find time to watch a movie or even just something on tv that I will enjoy.

I enjoy gardening or even just spending time in the garden so I am looking forward to the spring weather and grass cutting season.

Shopping by myself without being in a hurry is a luxury. I am trying to do that occasionally
