Hi. Day trip to London tomorrow and we're planning to go to Steak & Co for early evening meal as DS (8, major carnivore!) has his heart set on being able to "cook" his own steak at the table. There are four branches in the West End and we could feasibly go to any of them, although the Garrick Street or Charing X Rd branches would suit us better. Have had a look at reviews on tripadvisor and they're a bit hit and miss, plus it seems to attract more tourists than locals, which doesn't appeal much.
Anyhoo, enough waffle, question is, has anyone been to Steak & Co, would you recommend it and, if so, which branches are good? Alternative is Flat Iron which I suspect is better choice but probably won't quite float DS' boat in the same way! The meal part of the day is DS choice, which is why we are so focused on trying to please him. TIA
