My ex husband did not update his address with DVLA he also drove around in a car with no tax insurance or mot he got caught for no tax earlier this year I found out as the police were sending letters to my house I provided them with addresses he could be contacted at he finally changed his address with dvla and went to court where he got 6 points to go with the 6 points he already had so 12 points this is where it gets murky (er) I know he has changed his license address but he is claiming he can still legally drive although he claims he cant get insurance he states he is still covered by an old policy
What the fuck do I do he shows up most the time with his stepfather driving when he picks the kids up but he is dropping them off in "his mates" car or van is there a way of finding out if he still has a driving licence? I know how to check insurance but it's dark and he parks where I can't easily see the number plate he gets away with everything illegal he was being reported weekly for having no tax and insurance he still got away with it for five months he has the luck of the devil!
