Pox? Or not?

I couldn't get a great photo granted but about 15 of these spots have cropped up since he went to nursery today
Bear in mind he also had chicken pox a few months back

Pox? Or not?

They do look fluid filled if I shine a light on them but I'm not sure
I'm going to be buggered as I have no annual leave to take
