Looking for a very pale blue paint with a touch of grey.

Going to get a colour mix version at Johnston's.

Was thinking of a cabbage white but it seems greenish from colour card?

We have Dimpse and it’s a lovely very pale blue/grey

TheEndofIt · 17/02/2019 14:07

Thanks! Their paint chart is really confusing, as Dimpse is in with Green/brown tones.

And it says Cabbage white has blue tones on the reverse of the colour card, but it's in with the greens on the front Confused.

And I can't be bothered getting samples mixed either.

Dimpse is probably about right. Parma grey is definitely more blue than dimpse but could be a contender?

I think Pavilion Grey has a touch of blue in some lights but might not be enough for you!

I tried loads of F&B shades but couldn’t find the right one. In the end went for Dulux Goose down which can look either blue or grey depending on the light

Blackened is pale grey with a blue tinge
Light Blue is blue/grey/green is some lights
Powder is true pale blue

I've got all of them Blush

We have Borrowed Light which is pale blue, can look greyish in certain light.

Skylight is pale blue with grey tones but might be too blue for you. I think ‘borrowed light’ is the lighter toned version of it.

Thanks all! Very helpful Grin
