Please recommend me some good value and quality bed linen.

I just need to get a couple of king size fitted sheets. I'm not an expert but I believe the higher the TC the better. I won't be ironing them so pure cotton is an option. Plain white and, ideally, less than £15.00 per sheet.

Any takers ? Argos is looking good so far but there must be others. I've read a few bad reviews on eBay tonight.

If you won’t be ironing them I’d avoid pure cotton as they may look super wrinkly. I iron my cotton sheets wet and then dry them and iron them again so they are super crisp and flat (I like ironing). The best I have are Sheridan 1000TC - the next best I have are from Beaumont & Brown and are super soft cotton. I’ve got some from Soak & Sleep but even when I follow my bonkers ironing routine they look creased

There are some good sheets on sale in Debenhams at the moment - they might not meet your £15 budget but I reckon they’ll last much longer

Costco fitted sheets are ace. Not sure about the thread count, but v high.

Came on here to say Costco fitted sheets are great. 800 TC, and about £80 for a fitted sheet, duvet cover and 4 pillow cases.

I've been buying mine on eBay and Amazon in recent years. But, I've heard that Wilko and Primark are good for bedding. (I have their duvet covers and have been pleased.)

I have 100% cotton sheets and don't iron them. They are fine. The creases fall out.

Non iron/poly cotton sheets have a fornaldehyde coating to make them non iron and I don't want that next to my skin all night every night.

Tesco's 200 thread Egyptian fitted sheets are very nice, and don't need ironing. I have a vague idea they might be about £20 for king, though. It's been a while!

Sainsburys do a 400 TC for £20. I bought on of these in their sale so paid less than £15 for it. If you're notnin a rush then it might be worth waiting for sales.

It does need ironing to look smart though!

Another one for Asda. They have such a good variety and their extra special range should tick all of your boxes.

I've had the Egyptian cotton, high thread count fitted sheets in white and cream for years and they're still going strong and under your budget.
I've got OCD and am very fussy and used to try and iron fitted sheets from other retailers but these ones don't need it ( neither did the others i suppose but I don't feel compelled to try! )

Dunelm are good. They have some Fogarty micro fibre ones which are super soft and don't need ironing
