Would you wear these slippers in front of your children? (lighthearted)

A friend of mine received these as a gift, and really likes them, but said she won't wear them in front of her children (aged 4 and 6); she wouldn't want to wear the word "naughty" where they could see it, in case they think that they can start being naughty! I hadn't thought of this: what would your take be on wearing the word "naughty" in front of your children? Of course, the adult meaning of "naughty" is very different from a naughty child, but the children wouldn't know that. Wink

Yes why not? She is rather strange. Children do not and imo should not get the double meanings. Teenagers maybe. But children no. And I would silently judge a parent who says that a 4 year old and 6 year old understands.

She thinks her 4 & 6 yo will start being naughty because it’s written in her slippers?
