Hi All,
My son has had a phlegmy cough and nose for a couple of weeks now along with frequent (over 4 per day) mucussy nappies. He hasn't had a temperature and when I took him to the doctors they took a stool sample which came back clear. The doctor said it most likely is a virus. After almost two weeks there is no sign of him improving and the last two nights he's had dirty nappies in the night, coughing fits and has spent about an hour each night screaming and writhing like he's in pain. So my question is has anyone else experienced something similar with their LOs? How long did it last? Any suggestions of how to help get rid of it? I'm taking him back to the doctors this week if no improvement. Just can't bear seeing him so out of sorts 😥 Thanks in advance for any tips.
