Any dentist/dental nurses around

I had a temporary filling put in a few weeks ago, was meant to be a regular filling but because of dental phobia I had to be sedated. The sedation didn’t work and so they just had to do what they could and stop as quick as possible because I was so distressed (I don’t remember anything but I was apparently trying to run away, rip out the needle in my hand and was getting aggressive).

Anyway half of it’s just come out, it’s quite painful and is very rough and is hurting my tongue. Only problem is tomorrow I would have to take my children which I’ve never done because it would be horrific for them to see the state I get into. There’s literally no one to look after them so I feel like I have a 3 choices

  1. Take them hope that the receptionist will watch them while I’m having it fixed and risk them seeing me a complete mess (am so worried about passing the phobia on).
  2. Wait until Monday afternoon when a family member can have them but that means staying in pain and risking infection as there is a big hole.
  3. Getting some of the temporary filling stuff from boots and trying to fix it myself until I can get to a dentist.

What is the best option going to be? Please don’t suggest just taking them and trying to man up about it, it’s literally uncontrollable and I’m seeing a psychologist to try and get it dealt with.

Don't takethe children, the receptionist won't be able to babysit. You really don't want them to see you being upset. Don't even talk about it in front of them!

What's the plan for that tooth? You're better off seeing the dentist as they can be sure that you're not trapping any decay/food inside the hole, but if it's really hurting your tongue a little bit of temporary filling from boots will stop an ulcer til it can be fixed.

Option 3 most sensible in your situation.
Don't take the DC hoping that the receptionist will watch them.

I need a lot of work done so the eventual plan is to have it all done at once under a general
