Probably not pizza and garlic bread like I've just had which wasnt even very nice. Husband is currently a pescetarian, kids are fussy and I don't want to cook loads of different meals.

First off, stop beating yourself up about what you have eaten there is no point. All it will do is make you feel like shit.

My advice would be is to make a list of what all of the family will eat and then see what 'tweaks' you can make to these meals to make them healthier for you.

For example, if the kids are having nuggets and chips. You could put a plain chicken breast and a baked potato on the baking tray = healthier and no extra work.

Ratatouillle is easy and yum, can be shoved in a slow cooker and is cheap, no need to use oil and can be served with pasta/meat/fish.

Veg stir fry.

Serve your portion on a side plate, it will cut quantity, which will reduce calories easily. You can always have another plate if still hungry.

If you can, walk to school, walk on lunch break, cycle instead of drive sometimes.

I'm low carbing so putting everything on a bed of baby spinach leaves rather than pasta or rice (dc have pasta or rice). Omelettes are my other meal.

Just normal stuff, but less of it. I don't snack very much now.
