Week from hell

Hi everyone
I'm new to this so please bare with me, I've 3 children on my own for a while now today I checked bank and im down to my last £3 until monday due to sky taking £77 this month I rang and they have said it was a mistake on their side so are refunding payment but its going to take 3-5 working days! Would anyone know a short term loan company I could use I am really needing food shop in for weekend & gas! I have had a week from hell and this has been the icing on the cake for me

Speak to your bank and see if they can help.

Go to the bank and claim under the direct debit guarantee.

Provident is one place,but like most people on here would advise you I'd see if there was anyone you could borry from until your money is refunded or if there's anything you could sell?

Also check out any points you might have on any supermarket cards and go through all of your kitchen cupboard's,fridge and freezer to see if there are any meals you can make out of what you have at home.

With the Gas you can ask if the company you use can give you temporary extra credit(because you have children in the house)have a look at this link it explains it well
