Need to think of some meals to feed 6. One veggie. They should be easy to prepare and look stunning! No food allergies. I'm out of inspiration...
Thanks!!

6 adults?

look stunning? Is it a dinner party situation?

Well, look impressive...

4 adults, 2 teens. Am hosting my parents next week and Mum is a very good cook. I don't want to compete, just dish up tasty food that hasn't taken ages!

Last time they stayed I did chicken chasseur, jambalaya, veggie biryani.

Thanks for any ideas:)

This is my impressive go-to veggie option!
I don't use vegan pastry, just ordinary puff

3 bean chilli with a sweet potato, cheesy topping served with tortilla chips, rice, guAcamole, sour cream, cheese, big salad.

Salmon fillets with roasted vine tomatoes and basil with chorizo. Served with jewelled couscous and a green salad. For the veggie- roast some butternut wedges with tomatoes and basil instead.

Some sort of tag one with Cous cous tabouleh, salads, breads. Mostly done in advance/ easy and can look ace with fresh herbs sprinkled, yoghurt, pomegranate seeds, lightly pickled sliced red onion. and buy some lavash bread or similar if you’ve got a Turkish shop anywhere near by ....you get the picture! I am not particularly amazing cook, but done this a few times and looked (and tasted) mega!
