Need a car

I need a new ( second-hand ) car.
My own one has just packed in after 13 years.
I want a small one ( Not too small, as have 3 dcs).
We have a bigger car (Toyota carolla) if We all need to go out together, so a smaller one will do me.
Unfortunately we need 2 cars, cos public transport here is pretty awful and we both work.
So, anyone have any advice on opel corsa or seat ibiza?
All good and bad experiences welcome.
Or can anyone recommend another car around the same size / price range?

I would recommend a Fiat Panda. Really fun and extremely economic to drive and although it is a smaller car, you can pack a lot in. Car tax is only £30 for the year. You can get them fairly/almost new at a good price.
