I really enjoyed the last one and got a lot of ideas from it, it was also very reassuring to see that it wasn’t just mine who has days where they exist off dry Cheerios and their own bogeys Grin

So today mine have had:

3 year old:
B - 1&1/2 scotch pancakes, 4/5 strawberries, half a banana and oj
L - ritz crackers with dairylea, cocktail sausages, cherry toms, grapes, actimel
S - apple slices with peanut butter & oat milk
D - sausages in Yorkshire pudding, broccoli, green beans, peas & gravy
Viennese whirl
Oat milk before bed

1 year old:
B - 1/2 scotch pancake, 2 strawberries, 1/2 banana
L - vegetable soup, 2 ritz crackers, yoghurt
S - 6oz formula, baby biscotti
D - 1 sausage, Yorkshire pudding, broccoli, peas, green beans & gravy
8oz formula before bed

What have yours had?

3 yr old - curiously cinnamon. Glass of milk. Apple for snack.
Ritz breaks, cheese, grapes, cucumber, pepper. Yogurt. Apple juice.
Chicken goujons, chips, corn on the cob.
Strawberries. Biscuit.

2 yr old, as above except Alphabites for breakfast. This is not the best example if their eating habits!

katienana · 14/02/2019 21:54

2 year old has had
Toast with chocolate spread
Apple
Banana
Satsuma
Cereal bar (snack after swimming lesson)
Spaghetti on toast (barely touched)
Yoghurt
Slice toast with butter
Lost track at this point, he probably had another apple
Sausage sandwich for tea!

Not the best but he did get nutrients from fruit...

B: 4 strawberries, 1 slice seeded bread with Nutella
Snack: chocolate popcorn
Lunch: salmon and cucumber on ciabatta, grapes, pear, satsuma
Snack: kinder egg
Dinner: tuna pasta, broccoli, green beans and carrots. Magic stars

I'm not sure how so much chocolate got in there Blush (blame the grandparents)

Impatientwino · 14/02/2019 22:13

17 month old

B - 2 weetabix and milk, handful blueberries, yoghurt

S - Half banana and a biscuit mid morning

L - Crackers, cheese, tomatoes, houmous, grapes and raisins

S - Oat bar after nap

D - I made sticky chicken with rice and broccoli which he ate about 3 mouthfuls of and then chucked it everywhere - he then had a corn on the cob (small size) and I gave him a hipp toddler pasta dinner which he scoffed should have just done that in the first place

He then ate half a chocolate lolly that DS1 kindly passed him and most of a Scotch pancake

Bottle of milk at bedtime

Other days he will happily nibble a few Cheerios and grapes and not much else! He seems to have a hatred of bread and toast which is a royal pain so hoping that won't last! To be fair he still only has 7 teeth so he's not got many grinders yet

homegrownmumma · 14/02/2019 22:14

Mummylife2018 · 14/02/2019 22:23

Some of us are lucky to get our child to eat at all!!!!!

MrsEricBana · 14/02/2019 22:27

The slug thing is more than sickening, it's v dangerous. Someone died recently from eating a slug (encephalitis).
