Weekend Rituals

Inspired by another thread title I saw Blush

What little rituals do you have on a weekend morning/ evening that are just for you and no one else?

I don’t really have any at the moment but I’d love to start some after our house move settled down from next week.

Any ideas?

If I'm not working we always breakfast together. We have rolls with cold meats, cheese and coffee. If I'm feeling homesick we will have a radio station on from home in the background.
On the evening we usually get a takeaway, put some music on and sit chatting with a few drinks.

Nearly always have a leisurely cooked breakfast and read the papers on a Sunday morning.

They sound awesome, weekend breakfast seems to be a theme!

My sister bought me a beautiful over-sized cup and saucer and I always have my Saturday morning cups of tea in it while I contemplate life. We have a suntrap south facing garden so I'm looking forward to spring when I'll have that first cup of tea of the weeeknd in the sunshine.

The weekend means posh coffee with the cafetière and not instant as we chance to enjoy it.

Saturday evenings my 7 year old stays up later and we watch something like strictly or the greatest dancer at the moment together .

I get up weekdays at 6:30. Make lunchboxes and then have a coffee and sit and watch tv. thats my 30mins each morning.

Weekend-if there is no football i make a couple of cafetières of coffee and drink them. And eat pancakes.
