Can anyone identify this song?

I know this is a long shot but I attend a class at my local gym where they play what sounds like a classical song sped up with a man talking over it in parts. At times he is shouting.

It’s got lots of violins in it. Any ideas?! Thanks!

Bitter Sweet Symphony by The Verve??

CeeCee58 · 13/02/2019 20:20

Haha - no, I know that one. Thanks though. I want to say it’s something by Vivaldi but I might be wrong!

There’s a David Guetta song that samples a classical record. “Dangerous” I think?

DaisyChainsForever · 13/02/2019 20:30

Do u know if it's a recent song?

LeSquigh · 13/02/2019 21:21

Your OP makes it sound like this gets played regularly. If so can you Shazam it next time?

UnderMajorDomoMinor · 13/02/2019 21:22

More description! Could be el divo or David guetta with that description

CeeCee58 · 13/02/2019 21:47

I don’t know if it’s a recent song I’m afraid. It’s played during aqua fit so I don’t have my phone!

It’s really bothering me. I know it’s going to be some obscure song.

There is a man talking in the background and he sounds a bit angry in parts. I know this is the WORST description ever so I’m sorrry!

It’s definitely not dangerous by David guetta. I wouldn’t think it would be il divo because it’s more of a rap than a song.

If you can hear a man talking can you memorise a sentence from the song? Then google it?

Yutes · 13/02/2019 21:52

It’s not Nas - I Can?

Thisisthelaststraw · 13/02/2019 22:00

Is the background classical Mozart?

Thisisthelaststraw · 13/02/2019 22:09

Can someone make that a clicky link or tell me how to on iPhone please.

Op is the link the backing track?

Thisisthelaststraw · 13/02/2019 22:11

Oh it went clicky by itself Smile

CeeCee58 · 13/02/2019 22:14

It’s not the Mozart one.

Grr! I have just spent the past twenty minutes watching the best 100
Classical song snippets and now can’t even remember what the song I’m
trying to identify sounds like!

I tried to memorise a sentence from the song but the man sounds very far away and I couldn’t make out anything that he was saying! I know this sounds like I’m makostuff up as I go along but I promise I’m not!

I’m going to ask at the gym.

Thanks for your help!

It sounds a bit like a chicane song

Is it Galvanise by the Chemical Brothers? It has a tune from an Arabic song with lots of violins and can see how it could be mistaken for sped up classical.

dizzydaisies · 13/02/2019 22:31

Is it a branded class you do? Something like a bodypump class is all set up by a company called ?Les Mills? and on their website they show a track listing for the class. Your class might do similar?

Unacceptable · 13/02/2019 22:33

Baz Lurhmann's sunscreen?

oldsizenines · 13/02/2019 22:43

Is it Tiesto - Adagio for Strings?

implantsandaDyson · 13/02/2019 22:46

Is it one of the new songs by the Pet Shop Boys? Although I don't think it's very violiny

potterbell · 13/02/2019 22:46

Could it be one of the Pete Tong philharmonic orchestral One's? Insomniac?

potterbell · 13/02/2019 22:49

Not philharmonic Hmm heritage

Tidythatmess · 13/02/2019 22:57

Coolio Ganstas paradise? There's definitely strings and angry type lyrics

Al2O3 · 13/02/2019 23:01

I suspect it is not, but at least I have an excuse to listen again to Malcolm McLaren's "Madam Butterfly" in trying to not help you find the answer....
