Would you assume she has depression too

Colleague used the phrase that she had hit a bit of a wall before going off sick. I assumed she meant depression as this is what I would have said. Another colleague has taken it to mean being overworked.

Depression/anxiety/stress/physical exhaustion resulting in her coming down with something, or causing an underlying condition to flare up. .. Could be any, all or none. I would avoid assuming she meant something as specific as depression unless she told me that.

Could even mean she was bored with her job and at a bit of a creative dead end at the time.
