hi, this is my first post in here, I don't know if I'm posting in the right section but here goes. I have been with my partner for 15months, we had known each other for 6 years prior. My partner has a 2 yo from a previous relationship. He ended the relationship with the childs mother. he had the child every weekend up until he told his ex about us (I should add his ex found a new partner 2 months after they split). Since me and my partner got together his ex has been so difficult, it started with her sending me abusive messages, this went on for about 4 months, she would play god, changing and cancelling my partners time with his child, she wouldn't allow me to be there when he had the child (i get that, it wasn't an issue in the first 6 months) she has carried this on the whole time. Then she invites me to hers, I went we put everything behind us and moved forward. The day later, she's at it again, laying the law door, sending vicious texts etc. Anyway long story short, she's stopped my partner from seeing his child in December last year, she won't answer his texts to let him know how the child is doing. She's refused mediation twice, with no reason. Then out of the blue she claims that my partner has hit her (just once, no proof, no charges, nothing, but mud sticks) My partner has just filed a c100 form, but I'm really worried about this false DV claim. My partner is almost broken, he doesnt deserve this, all he wants is to see his child. He had the child overnight and saw him every week since the child was born and now he's lost without them. I should add that my partner runs his own home, works full time and has paid above the CSA recommended amount for maintanence every month since the child was born. He's jumped through hoops for his ex just to see his child. I was wondering if anyone else has been in this situation, how did it go at court and will my partner get to see his child? Thank you in advance for any advice given x
