Just wondering about this as I'm in my early thirties and yet to really commit to a 'career' and although I do like my job, it's a bit of a dead end. What do you think are the most rewarding and enjoyable jobs out there, and which would you not consider? I'm asking this in a very general way and obviously it's down to the individual but just thought I might get some interesting replies!

What do you like doing most in the world? Try and get a job involving that. I used to work with horses, and loved it, and was paid for doing what I loved

Well according to surveys done on this hairdressers are amongst the happiest workers......

However, it's not that simple. Career decisions are very individual. It very much depends on your interests, values, skills and priorities .

I'm a university academic but have worked as a careers adviser, in marketing and student recruitment. I've loved every job I've had.
