As in firm and muscular as opposed to mine which are wobbly! I've been doing power pump and spin classes since for the last 6 weeks but is there anything else I should be doing?

Thanks

Running twice a week and one Zumba session a week has really toned up my thighs.

Walking in high heels sorted out my calves!

Cross trainer and loads of walking. My legs are really toned from doing these two things.

I now have an allotment and do loads of squats getting up and down to planting etc. That's added extra firmness too!

I run each day and often cycle or use a rowing machine. My legs are pretty good. My belly on the otherhand is where all the cheese and cake deposits itself Grin

My legs are amazingly muscular. Ive been running for 8 yrs and according to DH i have legs loke a bloke🤔 I also walk mountains ascwell as run them.

Plus squats when I remember. But running is my passion

I have yet to meet a regular horse rider who didn’t have a fabulous arse and thighs. Not a cheap option though!

vinayasa yoga
or ashtanga yoga
or any version of power yoga
including BodyBalance
but you need to allow 6 months to see the difference

Spinning was the only thing that firmed my inner thighs. You need to do the sets where you remove the seat 😱😱😱😱 painful but fuck they really work!

Toe taps, lunges, squats, heel raises, side lunges, volleyball blocks, walking uphill.

Just a few suggestions

losenotloose · 14/02/2019 09:33

Thanks for all the advice. It sounds like the main thing is stick with it!

I moved house and now have to walk up four flights of stairs to my flat. Drastic and probably impractical for most, but worked for me.
