Can anyone recommend any (cold drink) alternatives to coffee in the morning?
I normally drink coffee, but sometimes I just don’t want a hot drink in the morning. I still need a ‘pick me up’ though, so something other than water.
This morning I picked up a Powerade, and actually I feel loads better and more refereshed than I normally do. I haven’t done anything else different, so I’m putting it down to the drink. I haven’t had my normal post coffee grogginess which helps.
Only downfall is the added sweetener, so I’m looking for some better alternatives I can pick up.
Google brings up Coconut water mainly, but that would make me heave

Any other ideas? Or is Powerade/similar the lesser of two evils?
